2012 Fall Garden

Here is a summary of activities I did this year to get my Fall garden started. I am hoping we do not get an early frost this year so there will be more time for my non-cold tolerate plants to produce.

Soaked Tomato and Pepper seeds overnight on July 28th. Planted these seeds along with some other varieties on July 29th.
Transplanted seedlings on August 25th into four inch pots. I should have transplanted some of these earlier. I left the four inch pots where they would get morning sun for a few weeks before transplanting them into the garden.
Made room in the raised beds on September 11th to plant the transplants.
After making room, I planted the new Fall transplants on September 12th into the raised beds.
We sowed some additional cold weather seeds on September 18th.
Bok Choy, Parsley, Marigold, green onion, Cilantro, Broccoli, and Tomatoes growing well as of November 10th
Arugula, Sweet Basil (bolting), Sweet Peppers, Swiss Chard, Turnip, and Tomatoes
A few remaining Peppers and Lima Beans, Arugula, Romaine, and Greens.
Georgia Collard Greens (no powdery mildew issues this time of year), mint, bolting lemon Basil, Marigold, and Sioux Tomatoes
Red and green Romaine
Yellow Pear Tomatoes starting to ripen
Vine ripe Sioux Tomato
