seed starting for succession planting

I started some new seeds for late Spring and early Summer garden. I already have Sweet Basil that is doing well right now. But I am going to try a Summerlong Basil variety for this summer. I am also adding some additional Georgia Collard. It seems late to start Tomato from seed in this area, but I have heard that cherry tomato can take the heat. So this year I am going to try growing cherry tomato for late Spring and early Summer garden.

I like to soak the seed starting mixture in about an inch of water for a while before adding seed.
